Local Convenience Retailing Show, Visitor Promotion

The key objectives of the marketing programme will be to ensure that registration uptake for the events is as high as possible and then to ensure that pre-registration conversion is maximised.

The full visitor marketing and promotional campaign will be finalised closer to the event however the campaign will consist of the following:

Advertising and Inserts
We will be advertising and carrying inserts in the key professional journals serving the convenience retailing sector. This will include:

  • Independent Retail News
  • The Grocer
  • Convenience Store
  • Retail Express
  • Retail Newsagent

Direct Mail
We will undertake a number of highly targeted direct mail campaigns specifically directed towards the proprietors and managers of local convenience retailers in the specified regions. The messages will focus on the availability and expertise of the exhibitors participating in the event.

Email
Wherever possible, we will supplement the direct mail programme with a series of targetted email shots to permissible lists of local retailers.

Internet
The marketing programme will be fully supported by a professionally designed and maintained event support website. This will contain utility functions to make both exhibiting and visiting as trouble free as possible.
